I plan to write about my take away from my first writer’s conference this weekend, but while my brain recoups, I wanted to share this post by Rach The Writer and Acha Harrison from Millionaire’s Digest about volunteerism. As I wrote on my blog in January here, I’ve set out on an adventure in volunteering this year to give back but also see what resources there are in my community. So far it has been going well. My plan is to write a recap of my experiences and post in May. Please enjoy this shared blog post and next I’ll share a poet’s poignant poem on volunteering as well!

Thanks so much for sharing this:) inspiration and sweetness is your forte😉❤
I volunteer for a local group they really do a LOT in this sparsely populated area………….there are more birds here than PEOPLE I think; we have members from all over the country that come here to see the birds! They plan an event for Earth Day; I attended the very FIRST Earth Day eons ago.
I love birds!! So I’m jealous you have more birds than people 😉
Would love to go birding with Susan. That’s great you volunteer for that community:)
